Who will know if I contact ADUS Healthcare? The simple answer is no body will know. We do not report back to your doctor or your medical insurance company. We do not report back to the Police or anyone else in your family. The only person who will know that you contacted us, is you and us. That’s is all.
Who will answer the phone if I call? We only have trained members of staff who answers our phones. You will not be put through to loads of different departments, you will not have endless options to keep pressing on your phone. The moment the phone is answered you will be able to access the help and advice you need.
How much are our call costs? Our call costs are 1p per minute off peak and 1p per min peak time. Mobiles may vary, hence we have offered a mobile number for mobiles to call. We subsidise every incoming call we receive as your calls are important to us.
